MEMBERSHIP POLICIES and PROCEDURES

Chalk Lines Membership Packages are available for purchase online at www.chalklinessoftball.com or at the facility located at 506 Manchester Expressway, Suite D8, Columbus, GA, 31904, during normal business hours.

  • All memberships/packages will require a credit card on file.

  • Non-members will be required to make their appointments via telephone or in person. 

  • Members of Chalk Lines have scheduling priority for lessons and or lane rentals. Non-members can make their appointments within 48 hours of their desired time.

  • These fees represent pricing for lessons with Chalk Lines Independent Instructors.

  • Members may switch or cancel membership packages with a 30-day notice. 

  • All packages are non-refundable. The only exception is for military personnel who have received orders for a Permanent Change of Station (PCS). A copy of the PCS Orders is required, to receive a refund.

  • Clients will be notified, through email or text message, of any outstanding balance on the 15th of every month. It is the client’s responsibility to pay any outstanding balance by the 30th of that same month, or risk paying additional late fees.  

  • The Family Pack memberships fees are for families with two or more clients and must be purchased at the facility.

  • None of the packages may be shared among family members and or associates. 

  • Chalk Lines will offer a 10% discount on all memberships and or packages to military personnel and first responders. Proper ID must be shown at time of registration.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Chalk Lines understand that things happen from time to time that may cause lessons to be cancelled for a variety of reasons. Our goal at Chalk Lines is to provide the best client service we can. We strive to balance this service and the valued time of our instructors and other clients who are wanting instruction as well. We feel that our cancellation policies listed below are in-line with these goals.

  • All customers have 7 business days to cancel their membership contract. To cancel, email, fax, mail or hand deliver a letter to the following address:

  • We require a 72-hour cancellation notice for Chalk Lines sponsored camps or clinics. Cancellations made less than 72-hours out will have those fees placed in a personal Chalk Lines that can be used for any services and or merchandise. 

  • Cancelations made 24-48 hours out from the scheduled lesson, will have those fees placed in a personal Chalk Lines credit account that can be used for any services and or merchandise. Lessons that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged $20.00. No shows (without a notice) will be charged the total amount of that lesson. 

  • It is the client’s responsibility to notify Chalk Lines for cancellation requests. All requests should be made online at www.chalklinessoftball.com, or by phone.

  • Clients will receive a full refund if their lesson and or lane rental was cancelled by an instructor or by an employee of Chalk Lines. Refunds will be applied directly to the credit card on file. 

  • Continual and/or habitual no-show clients are subject to termination of contracts and memberships with no refunds.
